Shipping Rate

We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Orders received by 1 pm GMT+8 on these days will be shipped out the same day.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns within 30 Days

We hope you’re thrilled with your Hazard Hunters purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange something, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so.

Returns are only accepted for full-priced items. To be eligible, the items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and with all swing tags still attached.

Please note that sale, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, so make your selections carefully during these periods.

Return shipping costs are not covered, and we do not provide return labels.

How to make a return

Processing your return

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your return if it meets our original quality standards.

Refunds will be credited back to the payment method used for the original order. Depending on your financial institution, some refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited as part of your return.

Sizing & Colour Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, you have two options:

  1. Follow the standard returns process at no additional item cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you the new size or color and provide a new order and shipping confirmation via email.

  1. Alternatively, you can place a new order for the desired item and process a return and refund for the item you wish to exchange. This ensures the new size or color is reserved and promptly on its way to you. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund and notify you via email.
Item Defects

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us at as soon as possible. Include a description of the issue and any images showing the defect. We will review your case and get back to you with the next steps.
