Shipping Rate

We do our best to dispatch orders daily, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer flat-rate shipping worldwide:

  • Standard Shipping – $10 USD
  • Express Shipping – $25 USD

Shipping times may vary based on location and selected shipping method. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Hassle-free returns within 30 days

We want you to love your gear. If you're not 100% satisfied, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return or exchange your item.

We will only accept returns on full-priced items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the original condition, unworn, unused, swing tags still attached and in original packaging.

Any sale, promo, or discounted items are 'final sale' and, unfortunately, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully when shopping during a sale period.

We do not cover the shipping costs or provide labels on returns.

How to make a return

For returns and exchanges, please email contact@hazardhunters.net with details about your order, and reason for the return/exchange.

Processing your return

Once your item is received, inspected by our team, and approved as original quality, your return will be processed.

All refunds will be credited back to the original order's payment method. Some refunds may take up to 14 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Size & colour exchanges

If you want to exchange your item for a different size or colour, there are two options to process this return.

1 - Standard Exchange: Follow the return process. Once approved, we’ll send you the new size/color at no additional cost.

 2 - Streamlined Exchange: Place a new order while completing a return & refund for the exchange item. This will ensure that your replacement size or colour is still available. Then after receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund.

Faulty items

We pride ourselves on delivering quality products, but, sometimes things happen outside of our control.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please email us at contact@hazardhunters.net as soon as possible, including a description of the fault and any images. We will review the issue and contact you with the next steps.
